I guide organizations through the most complex phases of their technological development. From the first strategic conversation at C-level to the platform that delivers in production. My focus sits between strategy and outcome: architecture, decision-making, execution.

Cloud Transformation & Cloud Strategy

Cloud transformation rarely fails because of technology. It fails because of missing architecture governance, unclear target pictures, and decisions made too late. I develop cloud strategies built on the company’s target vision, not on a vendor’s product catalog. Azure-based hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, Cloud Adoption Frameworks, migration paths for regulated environments: this has been my domain for 15 years.

Enterprise Architecture & Digital Strategy

Complex IT landscapes need structure before they can gain speed. I design target architectures that hold up at board level and can be executed at team level. TOGAF as methodological foundation, Architecture Decision Records for traceability, architecture boards that I have built and chaired. Digital strategy, to me, means technology decisions that directly address business objectives.

Platform Engineering & Internal Developer Platforms

Modern software delivery needs more than cloud infrastructure. I design and implement internal developer platforms that make teams faster and more autonomous: Azure Kubernetes Services, PaaS-based CI/CD pipelines, Domain-Driven Design, automated infrastructure provisioning. Built for scale, designed for the daily reality of engineering teams.

Tech Lead & Program Management

I lead architect and engineering teams through programs too large for simple project logic. End-to-end technical ownership: requirements engineering, operational readiness, cost modeling, SLA frameworks, full documentation stacks. I take on technical leadership where presales and delivery intersect.

Engagement Management

I manage content and relationships. At C-level, in architecture boards, across cross-functional programs. I bring decision-making layers together, facilitate technical and strategic workshops, and make sure transformation does not get stuck in slide-deck mode.
